Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping costs are based on the real time rates from the carriers plus a small handling fee. We ship via UPS or USPS for shipments within the United States. International shipments are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Items that qualify for free shipping are only valid within the USA. FREE shipping orders are sent out via USPS Media Mail or UPS Ground, depending on the size of the order. You may also opt for a faster shipping method for an additional charge. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Most orders are shipped within the same or next day the order is received. Upon receiving your order, our staff will verify and ship out your package. We strive to ship your order as quickly and accurately as possible.
Delays may occur if we cannot verify an address or have issues with processing a payment. In order to avoid this, please make sure that you have specified a valid shipping address, and all your payment information is correct before placing your order. One of our staff members will contact you by e-mail or phone if a problem arises from an order.
USPS Priority Mail: 3-5 days
USPS Media Mail: 7-10 days (Most Free Shipping orders are sent this way.)
UPS Ground: 2-5 days
All international orders are sent USPS Priority Mail and may require additional shipping charges.
For International Customers, all international shipments already include insurance so you don’t have to worry about lost package. If the package is lost in transit, after the 30 days, we will refund your order hassle free.

Check for Accuracy
We strongly suggest that you check both your billing address and shipping address to ensure accuracy. From time to time, customers may incorrectly fill these fields and submit orders. NCCS.net will only ship the products to the address that is supplied.
If an order returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify our customer that it has been returned. An additional shipping charge will be required to send the order out again. If a refund is requested, all but the shipping cost will be credited back to the customer.
If the delivery of your order is time sensitive you are encouraged to call us (800-388-4512) for shipping options and transit times. We do not have access to overnight shipping from this location, but other than that we can generally accommodate your needs.
Refused Delivery Packages
Any packages refused by the customer are deemed to be ABANDONED. All refused packages will be returned to sender at the shipper’s expense or destroyed. No refunds will be issued for any packages which were refused delivery.
