Return Policy

We understand that from time to time there is a legitimate reason to return items purchased from our online store. In this event please follow the instructions below.

Before you return an item, please send an email to service@nccs.net with the subject line: “Request for Return” and the following information in the body of the email.

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
Items can be returned for any reason, but we require that:
  • Items being returned are packed well and return in sellable condition.
  • Customer pays the return shipping cost

Please include a copy of your receipt with the return shipment.

Once Item(s) have been returned, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment for the returned item(s) only and not the original shipping cost.

What about orders with free shipping? Your payment, less the cost we incurred to ship the item(s) to you, will be refunded.

You must initiate the return process via email within 30 days of the order date.

    Defective or Damaged Items

    If you receive defective or damaged items please notify us immediately via phone (800-388-4512) or email (service@nccs.net) and we will replace the items at no additional cost to you.
